A course of sessions, booked ahead

A course can be a package with a number of sessions, a price, and an expiry. With Multiple future bookings, reception books the whole series across the coming weeks, and each visit shows its session number, so the therapist sees which session of the course this is. Week view helps plan the series around the patient's week.

For plans billed visit by visit, switch on Treatment Plan for the service. The patient pays any amount at each session, BOC carries the remaining balance to the next visit, and the patient file shows Total Cost, Paid total, and Remaining for the plan.

In the treatment room

Dr. Room lists each therapist's Today appointments, Waiting outside now with a live waiting time, and Done today. Get in room starts the in-room clock and can open the vitals form, so weight and blood pressure are recorded at the start of the session. Notes are dated and signed with the therapist's name, and reports and photos go under Images & Files.

When the session ends, the therapist presses Done and BOC offers Set Next Appointment, so the next session is booked before the patient leaves. A missed session goes to the Paused Appointments list with its cost until reception postpones it to a new date.

Insurance, consent, and your team

When you work with insurers, each session of a covered course becomes an insurer bill, so you see what the insurer still owes for the whole course. Patients sign the treatment consent for their course in the BOC app, and it stays on the file for every return visit.

Availability & Working Hours open a service only on the days the specialist is in, with hours for each day. Each therapist can work with Own patient files only, and the staff file adds up Total in Room, customers, and income for the month.

How it works in BOC

1. Create the course. In Package Settings, set the sessions, the price, the expiry, and Multiple future bookings.
2. Or price visit by visit. Switch on Treatment Plan on the service so the patient pays any amount at each session.
3. Book the series. Book the sessions from the patient file. Each visit shows its session number.
4. Treat in Dr. Room. Record vitals and a note for the session, then press Done.
5. Book the next session. Use Set Next Appointment before the patient leaves, or later from the cashier card.
