Software for dermatology and laser clinics
BOC for dermatology and laser clinics is clinic software that books each session on its laser or treatment room, sells courses as packages, and keeps signed consent and before and after photos in the client's file. Every session counts toward the client's package, and every machine has its own calendar color, prices, and report.
Every session on the right machine
Each laser or room is a resource in BOC, such as CO2 Laser A, Diode Laser B, Nd:YAG C, or IPL Room D. When reception books a session, the resource is chosen right after the service, and times when that machine is busy are crossed out. Each calendar card names the machine, for example Laser Hair Removal - Diode Laser B, and the calendar can take each machine's color.
Booking Settings shape your week: Women only or Men only capacity for separate laser hours, a booking interval from 15 to 180 minutes, allowed days and hours for each service, and VIP customers only places for your VIP clients. Session length can differ for men and women on the same machine.
Laser courses as packages
A course such as Laser course — 6 sessions is a package with one price, an expiry in days, and a renewal price. One package can hold several body areas, for example Full Body, Half Legs, and Bikini Line, each with its own number of sessions. Clients pay in full or in parts, with a fixed or a minimum amount for each paid visit.
When staff add an appointment for a client who owns a package, BOC offers the package first with the sessions used and left, and each area keeps its own session number. The cancel rule keeps or forfeits a missed session, and View Clients lists every subscriber with their status, sessions taken, and payments.
Consent, photos, and aftercare
Each service can carry its own consent in English, Arabic, and French, with a men's and a women's version, so a Botox consent can name the treated areas, the risks, and the aftercare. The client signs with a finger in the BOC app, and the signed copy keeps the exact text, the date, and the signature on the Customer File.
Before and after photos go under Images & Files with a name such as Underarms session 1 before, the date, and the person who added them. Aftercare creams and sunscreens sell at checkout from Products & Inventory, with stock by batch and expiry. The dashboard's By Resource table shows visits and revenue per laser, and commission rules can pay operators per device, variant, or body part.
How it works in BOC
- Add your machines. Create each laser and treatment room as a resource with its own color in Services and Pricing.
- Price by area and machine. Switch on Resource and Variant, then add a price row for each body area on each machine.
- Build your packages. In Package Settings, set the sessions for each area, the price, the expiry, and the renewal price.
- Write the consent. Tailor the service contract for each treatment, such as Botox, in English, Arabic, and French.
- Book and treat. Book each session on its machine. The client signs in the app, and the operator adds the before and after photos.
Everyday challenges
Two clients booked on one laser
BOC checks the machine at that time and crosses out busy slots, so each laser holds one session at a time unless a capacity rule allows more.
Sessions counted on a paper card
The package counts sessions used and left for each body area and shows them every time staff book the next visit.
Signed consent forms in a folder
The signed copy, with the signature and the date, stays on the client's file in the language the client read.
Results are hard to show
Named before and after photos sit on the file in date order, ready to show the client at the next visit.

Questions
Can BOC schedule laser machines?
Yes. Each laser or room is a resource that a session books next to the staff member and the service. BOC checks the machine at that time, and busy times are crossed out in the booking window.
Can I sell laser packages by body area?
Yes. One package can hold several variants, such as Full Body, Half Legs, and Bikini Line, each with its own number of sessions, under one price with an expiry and a renewal price.
Can I set women-only laser hours?
Yes. In Booking Settings, choose Women only for a capacity rule or for the service hours. Add an Everyone rule as well when men should still be bookable at other times.
Can clients sign consent forms digitally?
Yes. Staff open the client's file in the BOC app, choose the service and the language, and the client signs with a finger. The signature, the date, and the signed text stay on the file.
Where do before and after photos go?
On the Images & Files tab of the client's file, or from Dr. Room during the session. Each photo keeps its name, the date it was added, and the staff member who added it.
Can I see revenue per laser machine?
Yes. The dashboard's By Resource table lists every laser and room with its visits and total for the period you pick.
Can clients pay for a laser course in installments?
Yes. Set the package payment to Partial and write an amount for each paid visit, as a fixed or a minimum amount. The cashier tracks due, paid, and remaining.
