Spa booking software for rooms and therapists
BOC for spas is spa booking software that schedules each treatment with its room and therapist, sells massage packs and facial courses as packages, and closes every bill at the cashier. Each guest's notes, allergies, and signed health consent stay on their file for the next visit.
Rooms, therapists, and treatment times
Each treatment room is a resource, such as the Spa Massage Room or the Facial Suite, and every booking holds its room for the session length set on the service or the room. BOC checks the therapist and the room before each booking, so the next treatment starts when the room is free. A shared room can take two guests at once with a Booking Capacity rule.
The booking interval sets the rhythm of your day, from 15 to 180 minutes, so treatments start on the hour or the half hour. Women only and Men only capacity and hours suit separate sessions for each, and the calendar colors every visit by service or by room.
Packs, payments, and the evening count
Massage packs and facial courses are packages with a price, a number of sessions, an expiry in days, and a renewal price. When the last session is used and staff book the next visit, BOC offers Renew package or Pay next session only. The team receives a Package expiry notice in the inbox the day before a guest's package ends.
At the cashier, a guest paying partly in cash and partly by card settles one bill with Add another payment option, and a second currency is taken at the day's official rate. Expenses are entered on the same screen, and Net after expenses shows the evening count at a glance.
Guests and therapists
Each guest's file holds allergies, notes, and every past treatment, so the therapist reads them before a massage or a facial. Guests sign a health and treatment consent in their own language in the BOC app, and the signed copy stays on the file.
Therapists get their hours on the Duty tab with shift templates such as Day and Evening. Commission rules can pay a share of each package payment as guests pay in installments, and VIP prices and VIP Performance on the dashboard show how your regular guests are served.
How it works in BOC
- Add rooms and treatments. Create each room as a resource and each treatment with its price and session time.
- Set the rhythm. In Booking Settings, choose the booking interval and any women-only or men-only hours.
- Create your packs. In Package Settings, set the sessions, the price, the expiry, and the renewal price.
- Book the guest. Book the treatment with the therapist and the room. The guest signs the consent in the app.
- Close the day. Take payment at the cashier, enter the day's expenses, and read Net after expenses.
Everyday challenges
A room promised to two guests
Every booking holds its room for the session length, and full times are crossed out before anyone picks them.
Packs that run on forever
Each package has an expiry, a renewal price, and a list of subscribers with the sessions they have left.
The evening count takes too long
The cashier shows what was paid by method and currency, the expenses, and Net after expenses for the day.
Therapist pay is worked out by hand
Commission lines build up on each therapist's ledger from paid visits and package payments, and become due on payday.

Questions
Does BOC have spa booking software?
Yes. BOC books each treatment with its therapist and its room, such as a massage room or a facial suite, and checks both before the booking is saved. The calendar shows the whole spa day by room and therapist.
Can guests book a treatment online?
Your team books each treatment in BOC, from the desk or the BOC app. The booking window shows free and full times, so a call or a WhatsApp message becomes a confirmed booking in a few clicks.
Can I sell massage packages?
Yes. Create a package with its sessions, price, expiry, and renewal price in Package Settings. BOC counts the sessions used and left every time staff book the next visit.
Can one room take two guests at the same time?
Yes. Add a Booking Capacity rule for that room with Max Allowed Per Visit set to 2 or more. Other rooms keep one guest per time.
Can a guest pay in two currencies?
Yes. Set a second currency in Config, and each payment line at the cashier lets you choose the currency. BOC uses the official daily rate and keeps the original amount on the payment.
Can therapists earn commission on packages?
Yes. A percent package rule pays that percent of each payment the guest makes, and a fixed rule pays its amount once, on the first payment.
Can guests sign a health form before a treatment?
Yes. Write the consent for the service in English, Arabic, and French, and the guest signs it in the BOC app. The signed copy stays on their file.
