Sports club software for coaches and sessions
BOC for sports clubs is club management software that books private sessions and classes with the coach and the court or studio, sells training packs as packages, and runs the front desk cashier. Coaches clock in from their phone at the club, and each member's sessions, payments, and signed forms stay on one file.
Coaches, courts, and classes
In BOC, coaches appear as staff and studios or courts as resources, so every booking shows who and where. Reception books a private session from the member's file with the coach, the court, and a free time, and the booking window crosses out times that are already taken.
A class can take several members at the same time: a Booking Capacity rule sets how many visits a service, a studio, or a coach holds at once, from 1 to 100. VIP customers only places keep spots for VIP members at busy hours, and Availability & Working Hours open each service on its own days and times.
Training packs and the front desk
A training pack or a monthly plan is a package with a number of sessions, a price, an expiry in days, and a renewal price, and each option in it names the coaches and courts it covers. Each booked session counts toward the pack, and View Clients lists every member with their status and the sessions they have taken.
The cashier takes session fees, pack payments in full or in parts, and product sales such as drinks or gear, next to the day's expenses. Members sign the club rules or a liability form in the BOC app, and the signed copy stays on their file.
Your coaches on duty
Coaches and front-desk staff clock in and out from My HR on their phone with a selfie, and BOC accepts the punch inside the radius you set around the club, from 25 to 500 meters, so a club with a car park can widen the circle. Shift templates such as Morning and Evening cover early and late hours, and HR home counts who is on duty and who arrived late.
Commission rules pay coaches from pack payments, and a Product goal gives the front desk a sales target with a bonus. Roles keep packages, prices, and data export with the office, and clubs with several venues offer a pack on every branch or only on the ones that run it.
How it works in BOC
- Add coaches and courts. Add your coaches in Team and create each court or studio as a resource.
- Set class sizes. In Booking Settings, set Max Allowed Per Visit for each class, studio, or coach.
- Create training packs. In Package Settings, set the sessions, the price, the expiry, and the renewal price.
- Draw the geofence. On Pay rules, press Use branch location and pick a radius that fits the club.
- Run the front desk. Book sessions, take payments at the cashier, and follow each pack in View Clients.
Everyday challenges
Courts double-booked at peak hours
BOC checks the coach and the court before every booking, and full times are crossed out in the booking window.
Session cards get lost
Each training pack counts the sessions taken and left, and the member's file lists every visit with what was paid.
Which coach is on site right now?
GPS attendance and the duty roster show who clocked in at the club, and a spot check confirms it during long opening hours.
Coach pay takes hours to work out
Commission lines from pack payments build up on each coach's ledger and become due on payday.

Questions
Does BOC work for sports clubs and gyms?
Yes. BOC books private sessions and classes with the coach and the court or studio, sells training packs, runs the front-desk cashier, and tracks coach shifts and attendance.
Can members book sessions online?
Your team books each session in BOC, from the front desk or the BOC app. The booking window shows free and full times for each coach and court, so a call or a WhatsApp message becomes a booked session in a few clicks.
Can I run group classes?
Yes. Add a Booking Capacity rule for the class service, studio, or coach and set Max Allowed Per Visit to the number of places, up to 100. Each member is booked into the class as their own visit.
Can I sell training packs or monthly plans?
Yes. Create a package with its sessions, price, expiry in days, and renewal price. Members pay in full or in parts, and BOC counts the sessions they use.
How do coaches clock in?
From My HR on their phone, with a selfie and their location. BOC accepts the punch when the phone is inside the radius set for the club, and managers see the day's log on the Attendance tab.
Can I pay coaches commission?
Yes. Commission rules can pay a percent of each pack payment or a fixed amount once on the first payment, and the amount becomes due on the coach's payday.
Can members sign a liability form?
Yes. Write the form as a service contract in English, Arabic, and French. The member signs it in the BOC app, and the signed copy stays on their file.
