Barbershop booking software for every chair

BOC for barbershops is barbershop software that books each barber's chair, takes extra sessions at the cashier, and keeps every cut, product sale, and payment under the name of the barber who did it. Each barber signs in with their own login and sees their next clients on the phone.

Booked clients and extra sessions

The calendar holds every barber's day, and list view on a phone gives each barber their next clients in time order. Reception books a regular's cut from the client file, and full times are crossed out in the booking window, so each barber holds one client at a time. When the day shifts, drag a visit to a free time and BOC checks the barber before it saves.

A customer who walks in is added with Add Extra Session: pick the client's file, the service, and the barber, and the visit goes straight onto today's cashier board. For a regular with a booked visit, Set Next Appointment books the next cut at checkout, before they leave the chair.

Prices, products, and the drawer

Prices can follow the barber, so a senior barber charges their own rate for a cut or a beard service. Hair products sit in Products & Inventory with stock per branch, and Buy product on the visit card adds them to the bill. Stock comes off when the sale is paid, and the sale is credited to the barber who sold it.

The cashier shows due, paid, and remaining on every card and splits one bill between cash, card, and wallet. When you take two currencies, the cash is counted per currency at the end of the day, and Net after expenses shows what the shop kept after the day's expenses.

Barbers, shops, and pay

Every barber gets a personal login, so each booking, payment, and change carries a name in the Activity Log. Roles decide who opens the cashier, the dashboard totals, or settings. Each barber's staff file shows their appointments and income day by day, and commission rules pay a percent of the services they finished and were paid for.

Barbers clock in from their phone with GPS attendance, checked against the shop's location. Owners with several shops run them in one account and see each shop's day and takings on their own, with daily, weekly, and monthly totals per barber on the dashboard.

How it works in BOC

  1. Add services and barbers. Add each cut and beard service, then add your barbers in Team, each with their own login.
  2. Set prices per barber. Switch on Staff in Services and Pricing to give each barber their own price.
  3. Switch on extra sessions. In Business Setup, Config, turn on Add Extra Session for the cashier.
  4. Run the day. Book regulars on the calendar and add extra sessions at the cashier as they come in.
  5. Check out and rebook. Take payment, add any products, and use Set Next Appointment for the next cut.

Everyday challenges

Extra sessions written on a pad

Add Extra Session puts the visit on today's cashier board with the barber and the price, and it shows on the client's file.

Who did which cut?

Every visit, sale, and payment carries the barber's name, and each barber's staff file shows their day.

Regulars drift to another shop

Set Next Appointment books a regular's next cut at checkout, and the WhatsApp button reaches the client from their file in one click.

Closing the drawer takes guesswork

The cashier shows what was paid by method and currency, minus the day's expenses, before you close.

Questions

Does BOC have barbershop booking software?

Yes. BOC's calendar holds every barber's day, with the client, the service, and the price on each card. Barbers see their next clients in list view in the BOC app, and reception books and moves visits from the desk.

Can customers book a barber online?

Your team books each visit in BOC, from the desk or the BOC app. The booking window shows each barber's free times, so a call or a WhatsApp message becomes a booked chair in a few clicks.

How do I add an extra session?

Click Add Extra Session on the cashier and choose the client's file, the service, and the barber. BOC adds a visit for today on the cashier board and records it on the client's file.

Can each barber have their own price?

Yes. Switch on Staff for the service in Services and Pricing and add a price row for each barber. The right price fills in when the desk picks the barber.

Can I pay barbers commission?

Yes. Write a commission rule for each barber as a percent or a fixed amount. BOC adds commission when a visit is done and paid, and it becomes due on the barber's payday.

Can barbers see their appointments on the phone?

Yes. Each barber signs in to the BOC app with their own account and sees the bookings their role allows, in day or list view.

Can I run several barbershops in one account?

Yes. Each shop is a branch with its own calendar, cashier, stock, and dashboard, and you switch shop from the account menu.
