BOC app for iPhone and Android: calendar, files, HR
BOC's mobile app is the native iPhone and Android app for your clinic team, with the calendar, Dr. Room, cashier, client files and dental chart, dashboard, and HR of your BOC account. It works on the same live data as the web, so a visit booked at the desk shows on the phone straight away, and each person sees the screens their role allows. Staff also clock in and out with a face check, a selfie with their location, and send requests and follow their pay and contracts from My HR.
What it does
Download BOC from the App Store or Google Play. On the sign-in screen, choose your Business workspace, then sign in with your email and password, or continue with Google or Apple. Try Demo Account opens a sample clinic, and Create Account starts a new business with a code sent by email. The bottom bar holds Menu, Dr. Room, Calendar in the center, Cashier, and File. When the Dr. Room is turned off for the clinic, Dashboard takes its place.
Calendar switches between Day, List, and Month, with Today, a date picker, and filters for Staff, Service, Status, and Gender. Tap an empty slot to book, pick a free time under Select Date & Time, and drag a visit to a new time when your role allows. The appointment drawer has Appointment Info and Billing & Discount, and the receipt prints or downloads as a PDF.
Dr. Room follows one doctor's day: Today appointments, Waiting, In Room, and Done today, with counters for revenue, hours, done, and waiting. On a visit, press Get in room, Done, or Send to waiting, record Visit Vitals, read the Clinical snapshot, use Edit price for this visit, and leave a Dr note that the cashier sees. Cashier runs the day's board with Waiting, In Room, and Done on each card, amount due, paid, and remaining, Add Extra Session, Set Next Appointment, Buy product, Notes, and Expenses. Each payment line takes its own method, amount, and currency, and the board plays a short beep when a teammate changes it.
Client files, the dental chart, and signatures
File lists customers and staff, with a search box. A client file shows the branch, the joined date, available and done visits, a WhatsApp button, and a button to move the client to another branch, then Appointments, Dental Chart, Images & Files, Notes, Prescriptions, Insurance, Diseases & Medicine, and Contracts, each shown when the role allows it. Add an image from the Camera, the Gallery, or a file, write a prescription and print or share it as a PDF, and let the client sign a contract on the screen in English, Arabic, or French. A staff file has Overview, Worked Appointments, Products, and My HR.
The Dental Chart tab works on the phone the way it does on the web. Switch the numbering between FDI and Universal, choose the mouth set for the patient's age, from Primary dentition to Permanent dentition, add findings tooth by tooth, and follow the planned and finished work. The Periodontal Chart records pocket depth, bleeding on probing, recession, mobility, and furcation, and the same chart opens in the Dr. Room during the visit.
My HR, the face check, and the manager's menu
When HR is on, each team member opens My Profile and the My HR tab. Clock in and Clock out ask for a selfie at the branch and the phone's location, the face check, and BOC accepts the punch inside the branch radius. Respond to check answers a spot check the same way. New request offers Leave, Exit permission, Late arrival, Early leave, Attendance correction, Advance, Request entitlement payout, General request, and Dispute a deduction. My requests shows each status and decision note, while Leave & balance, Schedule, Deductions & disputes, Payments & payslips, and Contracts keep the rest together, with Send video for a short Video for HR.
Managers open HR from the menu, with Home, Employees, Requests, Locations, Duty, Entitlements, Pay rules, Pay an employee, Adjustments, Attendance corrections, Spot checks, Contracts, and Ledger, each shown when the role holds that HR permission. From the phone, a manager can Approve or Reject a request with a note, see where the team last shared their location, use Save shift on Duty, correct a missed punch, and Request spot check for everyone on duty.
The app reads and writes the same visits, files, and payments as the web, and updates live. The menu adds Dashboard, Paused Appointments, Package Settings, Products & Inventory, Insurance, HR, Business Setup, Notifications, and Discount Requests for the people whose role includes them. Business Setup covers General, Config, Contracts, Services and Pricing, Booking Settings, Activity Log, and Your data, and the profile holds Team, Branches, and Billing. Managers switch branch from the menu header or from Branches.
The inbox, tutorials, languages, and dark mode
Notifications opens the inbox, with an unread badge, a filter by type, and mark all as read. Push alerts and inbox rows cover discount requests waiting for approval, inventory alerts, products sold, used, or transferred, membership renewals, package expiry, and HR updates such as a new request, a decision, a spot check, a corrected punch, or a contract ready to review. The same Notifications inbox opens on the web from the bell at the top of the screen, with the same unread count. Discount Requests lets a manager press Accept Discount or Reject Discount from the phone.
Learning / Videos at the bottom of the menu opens Learning Links, short video tutorials in your language, next to Contact us by email or WhatsApp and Open web system. The app runs in Arabic, English, and French, with Arabic shown right to left: pick the language on the sign-in screen or under Languages in your profile, and turn on Dark mode there too. The phone has its own store design, and iPad and other tablets have their own: the same screens, with the app held sideways on the larger screen.
Store screens for the phone, iPad, and tablets
The App Store and Google Play show ten screens in two designs. The phone design is a tall poster: the BOC mark, a headline, one green line, and the app on a phone. The iPad and tablet design uses that same poster, with the app held sideways.
Years in the Making shows the business on a desktop and a phone, and says your data is yours to export. Every Appointment, One Calendar shows the day, each service in its own color. Every Tooth, One Chart shows the FDI dental chart, findings, and the periodontal chart. Set Up in 5 Minutes shows Business Setup, from General and Config to Contracts, Services and Pricing, Your data, Booking Settings, and Activity Log. Reception, Fully in Control shows the cashier with several visit cards, the amount due, what was paid, and what remains. Contracts, Signed and Saved shows a service contract in English, Arabic, and French, for men or for women. Every Number, One Dashboard shows the totals, the expenses, and the product profit. One Team, Every Branch shows the profile, with team, branches, languages, billing, and dark mode. Your Room, Your Daily Flow shows the Dr. Room and today's appointments. Team and Create role shows a new role with every permission group and its checkboxes.

Who uses the BOC app?
Your team. Each staff member signs in with their own BOC account, and the screens follow their role, so a receptionist, a doctor, and a manager each see what they need. Your team books visits for clients from the desk or the app.
Can I see the dental chart on my phone?
Yes. The Dental Chart opens on the client file and in the Dr. Room. Switch between FDI and Universal numbering, pick the mouth set for the patient's age, record findings tooth by tooth, and fill in the Periodontal Chart.
Can staff clock in with the BOC app?
Yes, when HR is on. In My HR, staff tap Clock in or Clock out, take a selfie at the branch, and share their location: the face check. BOC accepts the punch inside the branch radius, Respond to check answers a spot check the same way, and Video for HR sends a short video to HR.
Can employees send leave requests from the app?
Yes. New request in My HR covers leave, exit permission, late arrival, early leave, attendance correction, advance, entitlement payout, general requests, and deduction disputes. A manager approves or rejects each one from Requests, on the phone or the web, and the employee sees the status and the note.
Does the BOC app send notifications?
Yes. Push alerts and the Notifications inbox cover discount requests, inventory alerts, product sales, internal use, and transfers, membership renewals, package expiry, and HR updates such as spot checks and request decisions.
Is the app available in Arabic and French?
Yes. The app runs in Arabic, English, and French. Choose the language on the sign-in screen or under Languages in your profile.
Can I switch branches in the app?
