Clinic dashboard, reports, and analytics
BOC’s dashboard is the clinic reporting screen that shows revenue, expenses, appointments, and clients for any period, broken down by staff, service, and resource, on the web and in the BOC app. Switch between Available, Paused, and Done, filter by service, gender, staff, or resource, and download the same figures as an Excel report.
What it does
The header holds the controls. The status switch picks Available, Paused, or Done; the period switch picks Today, Week, Month, Year, or Custom, where Custom date range offers From and To dates and shortcuts for last week, last month, the last 3 or 6 months, and last year. Filters narrows everything by Service, Gender, Staff / Doctor, and Resource, the active period is shown beside it, and Download report sits next to the exchange rate chip when a second currency is on. The dashboard reads the branch you have open, and staff without team-wide access see their own numbers.
The cards under it show the money and the counts. Total of Available (or Done, or Paused) gives the amount for each currency with a View profit link. Expenses splits the period into cash, Visa, and wallet, Internal Product Use shows the cost of consumables, and Product shows cost and profit from sales. Counters show Available, Done, Paused, and Postponed visits, Male and Female, Returning Total for paused visits that came back to the schedule, New Clients, and Customer Files.
Appointment Breakdown follows the rule written under its title: Done means paid, Available and Paused mean amount due. By Staff / Doctor lists visits, male patients, female patients, and the total in each currency; By Service and By Resource list visits and totals, so you see revenue per laser, room, or chair. Click a staff member to open Staff Details with each appointment behind the number.
VIP performance and upcoming unpaid
VIP Performance shows the VIP appointments and their total for the active period, then Top Staff / Doctor, Top Service, and the top resource, each ranked by VIP appointments with their totals. It tells you who looks after your VIP clients and which services they choose.
View profit opens the money statement for the same period. Upcoming unpaid is the value of upcoming appointments that still need to be collected. Still to collect is what customers who came and paid part of their bill still owe. Below them come Internal Product Use, Amount collected with How it was collected (Cash, Visa, Wallet, Insurance), Product profit, Expenses, and Net profit.
Client analytics, expenses by day, and the Excel report
Analytics starts with New Clients, the customer files created in the period: the total, the best day, and the daily average, with a trend chart. New clients are split by male and female and by service, resource, and staff, next to Returning, which counts paused visits that came back to Available or Postponed, with the same splits. Client Age Distribution groups every customer file in the branch by age, and three charts show appointments by service, by staff, and by resource.
Click to view daily breakdown on the Expenses card opens Expenses by Day, with Today, Week, Month, Year, or Range and previous and next buttons, a search by expense item, and a row per date with the count, each currency, and the cash, Visa, and wallet amounts, ready to print or download as PDF. Download report saves the Financial Performance Report as an Excel workbook (.xlsx) for the period and filters on screen, with Summary, Daily, Payments, Expenses, staff, service, and machine sheets, plus product, internal use, and waste sheets when inventory is on.
Access follows team permissions: View Dashboard opens the screen, View Dashboard Sales shows the money, View Dashboard Expenses shows the expenses, Print Dashboard prints the expense reports, and Download Dashboard exports the Excel report. The BOC app has the same dashboard, with the status and period switches, filters, money cards and counters, Appointment Breakdown with Staff Details, VIP Performance, analytics, expenses, and Download report as an Excel file.
